Bookies have slashed the odds on John Stones to make the move to Chelsea.
Despite the Blues having already had two large bids of £20m and £26m turned down and despite the fact Rio Ferdinand publicly criticised a move to Stamford Bridge, bookmakers have slashed the odds on him making the move to Chelsea.
Jose Mourinho has reportedly made the 21-year old his main target, as he believes he can be the perfect successor to John Terry. He plans to launch a fresh bid of £30m for him soon, to try and tempt the Toffees into letting him leave.
Stones has been involved in Everton’s senior side for two years, making over 40 appearances.
