Chelsea defender doesn’t want to end his career in Chinese Super League

John Terry is set to snub a move to the Chinese Super League, according to reports.

The Chelsea legend is set to leave Stamford Bridge at the end of the season after he revealed the club has decided against offering him a new deal.

The news came as a shock to the majority of Chelsea fans, but as it stands, this is Terry‘s final season at Stamford Bridge, ending his long-term association with the club.

Terry Linked With Moves Away

Terry has already been linked with Premier League side West Ham United, but after revealing he hasn’t been offered a new deal, he also confirmed he’d never play for another England team.

That left him with China or the MLS, but according to reports, the centre-back will snub a move to the Chinese Super League.

It’s reported the 35-year-old could earn around £20million for playing just one season in China, but he’s reportedly eyeing a move to America instead, joining former-teammate Frank Lampard.
