Juventus eyeing cut-price deal worth just £11.5million

Chelsea outcast Juan Cuadrado could finally be set to leave the club on a permanent basis with Juventus eyeing him on the cheap.

The Colombian international arrived at Stamford Bridge from Serie A side Fiorentina, but after struggling to break into the first-team, he was sent out on loan to Juventus for the 2015/2016 season, where he has since flourished once again.

Cuadrado‘s impressive performances in Italy and in the World Cup initially caught the eyes of Chelsea, who agreed to pay over £20million for him, but he failed to settle in the Premier League and could now leave the club for jut £11.5m.

Permanent Deal

According to reports, the two clubs agreed an initial fee of around £15.4m, but Juve officials are still keen on lowering the price and they believe they can get the deal done for just £11.5m.

The proposed permanent transfer however could end up stalling further should managerial changes take place, with Massimiliano Allegri linked with taking over at Cuadrado’s parent club, Chelsea.
