Arsenal left-back Kieran Gibbs has revealed that he wants to start scoring more goals for the club, especially now that he is in the form of his career.

The 24-year-old defender has taken part in every Premier League game so far this season and also ever Champions League game, which is something rare for him as he used to suffer from injuries which halted his progression throughout the years.

However, this campaign is different and he has admitted that he is in the form of his career, but he still wants to add something, and that is goals and assists.

Currently Gibbs has scored once and set up three goals, but he is desperate to improve those statistics.

“I think this year I’ve moved up a level,” Kieran told the matchday programme. “I’ve stayed fit and finally shown what I can do.

“There’s still a lot more I want to do though, especially offensively. Even on Saturday, I felt like I could have created more trouble for the opposition in the final third.

“I want to add more assists and even goals too. We play a certain way which enables me to get involved in the attack. But overall I’m happy and I just want to keep progressing and improving.”
