Ligue 1 star Nabil Fekir is in high demand from the Premier League’s top clubs.
Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal have been linked with the Lyon attacker in recent months.
The 24-year-old has been unplayable this season in Ligue 1 and according to various reports the midfielder was set to move to the Reds after he was said to be agreeing a deal with them.
Fekir has denied the talks that he is close to signing a deal with Liverpool, which could open the door for Chelsea or Arsenal to swoop in this summer.
Fekir said: “I’m not close to a move to Liverpool. There are discussions with several clubs but I will take time to think.”
This could be a huge blow for the Champions League runners up in their pursuit of the French star.
