Liverpool are targeting a summer move for Spanish winger Lucas Vazquez.
Vazquez is currently on loan at Espanyol from Real Madrid, and has had a fine season so far.
Real Madrid are asking for £10m for the 23 year-old’s services. Reports emerged at the weekend that Liverpool were lining up an offer, with the player keen to move, and now Spanish newspaper Sport says a £7million offer has now gone in.
Espanyol are also keen, wanting to make the loan move permanent.
He has worked his way through the Real C and B teams, before being sent out on loan.
