Liverpool are preparing a move for Lazio youngster Keita Diao. The Daily Mirror have reported.
The centre forward, aged 19, is reported to be growing frustrated at the Italian Serie A club, due to his lack of chances of first team football in Rome, and has alerted club officials that he wants to move onto pastures new.
And this has somewhat alerted Liverpool, who are keen on his signature.
It is thought that Lazio are demanding around £15 million for the Spanish former Barcelona starlet, with Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur also waiting on any move.
Diao has scored five goals in 16 appearances whilst in the Lazio first team.
