Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing on-loan West Ham United star Manuel Lanzini, according to reports.
The forward is on a season-long loan at Upton Park, after agreeing to join them from Al-Jazira in the summer, and so far he’s impressed with his performances in the Premier League.
So much so, Liverpool have reportedly entered the race to land him on a permanent deal and are hoping they can beat West Ham to the signature next summer.
Slaven Bilic is desperate to land Lanzini on a permanent deal after his impressive start at the club, but Jurgen Klopp has now asked a team of his scouts to provide regular updates on the Argentine from now until the end of the season.
The 22-year-old has netted five goals in 14 games for the Hammers, but his overall performances are catching the eye, and both West Ham and Liverpool are prepared to match his £5.5million buy-out clause.
