Liverpool are set to hold an emergency meeting to discuss the future of controversial striker Luis Suarez, after he caused havoc on the pitch once again, for all the wrong reasons.

The Premier League side are to hold crisis talks today so that they can plan what they are going to do with the striker this Summer after he bit another opponent for the third time.

After biting someone in the Dutch league with Ajax, he then bit Branislav Ivanovic of Chelsea, and he has now bitten Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini, during their World Cup encounter.

The pair were seen scrapping in the penalty box and both hit the deck, but replays showed that once again, the Uruguayan had sunk his teeth into Chiellini’s shoulder, leaving him with some nasty teeth marks.

After the game, Suarez told Uruguay media that there is no need to make a story out of it, but unfortunately for him, his actions are dominating the press, with some people asking FIFA to ban him for two years.

His club will now hold desperate talks to discuss his future as it’s believed some officials at the club are growing fed up with his behaviour, and after seeing it happen once again, they are finding it hard to defend him or help him.

As of yet, Liverpool haven’t spoken about the incident, but it’s believed that officials and Brendan Rodgers will meet today to discuss the saga.
