Remy was poised to join the Reds this summer, but a deal collapsed after a heart problem was detected during his medical.
Remy ended up joining Chelsea after they met his £8.5million release clause.
But Remy is still at a loss to understand why the deal did not materialise, and thinks Liverpool were ‘dishonest’ on their part.
“I did not understand Liverpool’s decision. It was not very honest from their side,” Remy told The Sun.
“I was not scared. I know exactly what I have, I met all the specialists in the world.
“A lot of players share the same situation as mine and Liverpool know it.”
