Manchester United manager Louis Van Gaal has told the club’s officials to sign Borussia Dortmund defender, Mats Hummels, in January.
The Red Devils boss has already spent well over £100million since taking over at Old Trafford, making six signings in the Summer, including mega-signings; Radamel Falcao and Angel Di Maria.
However, Van Gaal has already been told by Ed Woodward that there are still funds left and they can be used in the January transfer window.
According to reports, Van Gaal has already held formal talks with the club’s officials and has told them that they must make an offer to Dortmund that the German side can not refuse.
