Manchester United are prepared to make a stunning move for Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard and could off the Blues up to £65million.
The midfielder is keen on leaving Stamford Bridge after a troubled few months, and has reportedly told close friends that he’s leaving the club at the end of the season.
Despite wanting out of Chelsea, it doesn’t look likely that he’ll stay in the Premier League, with Real Madrid his dream destination.
The La Liga giants are desperate to land the Belgian, and with Zinedine Zidane now as manager, a transfer is expected to happen over the summer with the Frenchman a massive admirer of Hazard.
However, that hasn’t stopped Manchester United from remaining interested in the midfielder and they could look to launch a shocking bid worth around £65m.
United wanted to land Hazard during his Lille days, but the player eventually chose Chelsea instead after seeing them win the Champions League in Munich.
According to reports, United officials want Hazard at Old Trafford and could be prepared to part ways with around £65m.
If they fail to land Hazard, it’s believed they will renew their interest in Madrid star Gareth Bale, who may come available should Hazard move to the Bernabeu.
