Manchester United have been told they can sign Wolfsburg star Kevin De Bruyne for £58.1million.
The Red Devils have been monitoring the Belgian international, who has been one of the most impressive performers in the Bundesliga this season.
De Bruyne has yet to rule out a move back to England, and the playmaker will sell for the value of his deal with Wolfsburg.
The former Chelsea attacking midfielder earns £14.5million-a-season, which adds up to a total of £58.1million with the years left on the deal.
The German side do not want to let him go but have admitted that they would be tempted to sell if a large offer came in.
