Mark Lawrenson Premier League predictions GAME WEEK 5

BBC Sport’s football pundit Mark Lawrenson is making a prediction for every 380 Premier League games this season.

They are all against a variety of different guests.

Mark’s opponent for game week five is former WWE star and Hollywood actor Dave Bautista.

Alongside British actor Pierce Brosnan, Bautista is the star of Final Score, It’s an action movie being filmed over at Upton Park,

However, the one advantage Lawro has is the American has admitted that he does not know much about West Ham United, who recently left the stadium after an astonishing 112 years!

He told BBC Sport: “The first day we started filming, we did a scene where we were walking through the crowd and they were singing about bubbles.

“I could not understand how that related to football so I had to ask, and I think it has made it into one of the edits.”

Lawro’s prediction: 1-0

Dave’s prediction: I have personal reasons for going with United here – I have a lot of friends who support them, and also because Noel Gallagher gave me major harassment when I did Soccer AM with him – and he is a huge City fan. So I am picking against his team, and I think they are going to get crushed. 5-0

Arsenal 2-1 Southampton

Lawro’s prediction: 3-0

Dave’s prediction: 2-1

Bournemouth 1-0 West Brom

Lawro’s prediction: 1-1

Dave’s prediction: This is a hard one for me because I am not familiar with either of these teams. I have actually never heard of them. 1-1

Burnley 1-1 Hull

Lawro’s prediction: 2-1

Dave’s prediction: 2-3

Middlesbrough 1-2 Crystal Palace

Lawro’s prediction: 0-2

Dave’s prediction: 0-1

Stoke 0-4 Tottenham

Lawro’s prediction: 1-1

Dave’s prediction: That’s a Spurs win for sure. Go Spurs! 1-3

West Ham 2-4 Watford

Lawro’s prediction: 2-0

Dave’s prediction: I am going to this one – it is my first football game and I can’t wait. Watford, you are getting spanked. 4-1

Liverpool 4-1 Leicester

Lawro’s prediction: 2-1

Dave’s prediction: I’ve been to Liverpool and they are a bunch of tough blokes from that city. I’m going with them to win this one. 2-1

SUNDAY

Swansea 2-2 Chelsea

Dave’s prediction: 0-3

MONDAY

Sunderland 0-3 Everton

Lawro’s prediction: 1-1

Dave’s prediction: 3-1
