Nemanja Matic hopes that the club can manage to complete the transfers of the Benfica duo of Nicolas Gaitan and Ljubomir Fejsa.
The 26-year-old Serbian midfielder re-joined Chelsea in the Lisbon-based outfit in the January of 2014, and has revealed that he hopes Jose Mourinho can strike up deals to sign his two-former team-mates.
Gaitin, aged 27, has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge in previous seasons, and the West Londoners have scouted the player before, ahead of a potential £23million summer deal.
However, Fejsa is contracted to Benfica until the summer of 2018.
Speaking to a Portuguese media outlet, Matic hopes that Chelsea reunite the trio this summer.
Matic told O Jogo: ‘If I had to choose, I would bet on Gaitan and Fejsa.
‘They have superior quality, above average.’
