Mesut Ozil’s future revealed.

The German playmaker is in talks over a new deal at Arsenal!

Ozil has been on fire this season. 

After a shaky season last time around, the World Cup winner has hit the ground running this term. Arsenal have now opened up talks with the Ozil as they seek to keep him at the club.

The new deal will keep the midfielder at Arsenal until after 2018 which is when his current deal runs out. The new deal will include a wage increase with German earning £20,000 more a week, bringing his wages up to £160k a week.  The attraction of London life seems to play in Arsenal’s favor as Ozil has settled in well.

An Arsenal source said: “Mesut is finally being played in the number ten role on a consistent basis.

“This is clearly his preferred position and now Arsenal are reaping the rewards. He has been in scintillating form so far this season.”
