After weeks of rumours circulating the Spanish U21 captain, Thiago Alcantara has finally said goodbye to Barcelona, to make the move to Bayern Munich.
Many reports claim the reason Thiago picked Bayern over the likes of Manchester United is because of the new manager in charge, Pep Guardiola.
The former Barcelona manager regards Thiago very highly and was more than willing to splash approximately £21.6m on the creative midfielder.
Thiago will join up with his Bayern Munich teammates in the coming days in preparation for the new season.
