Probable line-ups for the Premier League fixture between West Bromwich Albion and Chelsea on Monday evening.

West Bromwich Albion head into the game at the Hawthorns having come off the back of a 1-1 draw away at a struggling Newcastle United side.

Victor Anichebe put the Baggies ahead just after the half-hour mark, only for Ayonzo Perez to net a 41st minute equaliser for John Carver’s beleaguered Magpies.

Tony Pulis’ men welcome a side fresh from title celebrations, and a win over Chelsea could potentially see them move above Everton into 10th in the top-flight standings.

Team news:

Albion have a near fully-fit squad at their disposal, apart from goalkeeper Ben Foster, who remains on the sidelines with a long-term injury, therefore, Boaz Myhill will continue to take his place in-between the sticks for the hosts.

Other than that, West Brom have no fresh injury concerns heading into the encounter, after James Morrison recovered from a back problem.

Chelsea team news:

Chelsea head into the game away at West Bromwich Albion on Monday evening with the title already wrapped up, with Jose Mourinho likely to experiment somewhat with his squad.

Mourinho will be hoping that his top-scorer, Diego Costa, will be back fit to play a part, having missed the last six-weeks with a hamstring injury.

Should Costa be unable  to play a part at the Hawthorns, Loic Remy is set to retain his place in the starting eleven.

Academy graduates, Izzy Brown and Ruben Loftus-Cheek, are both set to be handed starts against the Baggies.

Kurt Zouma, Ramires and Oscar will all miss the rest of the Premier League campaign, with their respective injuries.
