September’s Premier League manager and player of the month have been revealed.
Liverpool’s Jurgen Klopp won manager of the month, with his team on fantastic form, winning all 4 games in the month. The highlights for the side were a 4-1 home win over champions Leicester, and a huge 2-1 away win at Chelsea, where captain Jordan Henderson scored a stunning goal.
Tottenham’s Son also had a very impressive month in the absence of Harry Kane for Spurs. He got himself 4 goals in 3 games, along with an assist, with Spurs as a team also claiming 3 wins in the month.
Jordan Henderson’s strike against Chelsea was voted goal of month, with his stunner at Stamford Bridge helping Liverpool to a vital away win.
