Tottenham Hotspur and Real Madrid are in advanced talks over the possible transfer of Welshman Gareth Bale.
The La Liga giants have been after Bale all summer and after numerous reported offers and several interviews with players pleading for Bale to join the Bernabeu, it finally looks like Bale is set to leave White Hart Lane for Spain, although the deal won’t be cheap.
It is reported that Madrid could pay up to £94million for the Tottenham winger and if this is the case, it would see him smash the record transfer fee by £14million.
The record was £80million when Cristiano Ronaldo left Manchester United for Real Madrid, but it now looks like that fee will be broken.
Bale was in superb form for Spurs last season and the North London based club are desperate to hold on to the player, but it finally looks like they are willing to part with one of the best player’s in the world.
