What a big mistake!

It’s been revealed that Manchester City turned down the chance to sign Juventus star Paulo Dybala in 2015 in favour of signing Wilfried Bony.

Dybala, who caught the eye of everyone this week when he scored 2 fantastic goals against Barcelona in the Champions League, issued a ‘come and get me’ plea to Man City when it became clear he would be leaving Palermo in 2015.

He said his dream was to “play for Barcelona or Manchester City”.

However, City manager at the time, Manuel Pellegrini, chose to move for Swansea’s Bony instead, forking out £28million for the striker.

Dybala ended up at Juventus and this week signed a new deal in Turin worth £100,000 per week.
