Real Madrid are in secret talks with Chelsea over signing Eden Hazard, according to reports.

Hazard has been in fantastic form for the Blues this season after being a disappointment last year.

He’s helped fire them to the top of the Premier League, but reports in Spain are suggesting that his days in a Chelsea shirt are numbered.

Diario Gol claim the 26-year-old is very much wanted by the European champions.

They claim that club president Florentino Perez is willing to launch a formal bid to prise Hazard away from Chelsea at the end of the season.

He is said to be working behind the scenes and is close to striking an agreement with the Blues to sign one of their star players.
