Former-Liverpool striker Robbie Fowler has took to Twitter to troll Chelsea fans after their fans were heard singing about Steven Gerrard’s costly title-slip against them last season.

During their match at Anfield at the end of last season, the Liverpool captain lost his footing which allowed Demba Ba a clean run through to Simon Mignolet’s goal, which he found after slotting under the Belgium.

Chelsea ended up winning the game 2-0 and it saw The Reds collapse in the title-race, gifting Manchester City the title on the final day.

Since the costly slip, Gerrard is the aim of a chant sung by Everton, Manchester City and now Chelsea fans, and after hearing the song on Monday night when Chelsea faced Burnley, Fowler took to his official Twitter account to tweet the following:

‘Chelsea fans singing about Liverpool’s Steve G again……You’d think he’s the only player that’s ever slipped’.

Along with the tweet, Fowler attached a photo of John Terry slipping during Chelsea’s Champions League final against Manchester United, which they ended up losing on penalties.

This troll has come just a day after Petr Cech trolled Gerrard about the amount of Premier League Winners medals he has.
