Mohammed Salah has passed his Fiorentina medical to join the Italians on an 18-month loan deal which is also part of Chelsea’s pursuit of Juan Cuadrado.
Salah has been a major part of the Cuadrado deal with Chelsea. Had Salah failed to pass the medical, it would have been very unlikely that Cuadrado would join the Premier League leaders but to Chelsea’s delight, Salah has passed the medical in London today.
Cuadrado is now set to complete his £26.8m move from Fiorentina to the Blues probably later today.
