Anzhi Makhachkala striker Samuel Eto’s has revealed that he would love to work with Jose Mourinho once again, which could see him make a shock move from Russia to England in order to join Chelsea.

The Cameroon international has been playing in Russia with Anzhi since 2011 after making his mega-money move there from Italian giants Inter Milan. It is reported that the striker is currently earning £360k-a-week at the Russian club and for him to leave this summer would see him having to take a massive pay-cut.

Eto’o worked with Jose Mourinho back during their Inter days and the 32-year-old is keen to play for the now-Chelsea boss once again.

Anzhi are keen to get rid of a lot of their big-names because of their financial situation and Eto’o is one of the players they want to get rid of with Italian side Napoli very interested in signing him, but the striker himself dreams of a move to Mourinho’s side.

‘There is only one Jose Mourinho. I have played under a lot of great coaches – but there is no other character in the game like Jose.

‘He is one of the best coaches in the world – and we had a lot of success together at Inter Milan. I would like to have the chance to play under him again – because it is never boring when Jose is around.

‘Of course Chelsea are a great team – and when we have all the offers on the table then I will discuss with my agent and see what my next step is.’
