Liverpool star ready to quit Anfield?

Liverpool forward Raheem Sterling is reportedly house-hunting in London, sparking more speculation surrounding his future and how it’s likely to be away from Merseyside.

Controversial Interview

The England international gave an interview to BBC Sport so that he could clear up his contract saga with the club, and he confirmed that he won’t sign anything until the end of the season.

Sterling also admitted that it’s not about the money, but it’s about being at a club that can compete for trophies. With Liverpool set for another trophy-less season, it looks like the winger could finally be ready to leave the club.

Interest in Sterling

Both Arsenal and Chelsea have been linked with signing the 20-year-old, so the news that he’s house hunting in London, could further alert them to his availability.

As well as the London duo, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Manchester United have also been linked with making a formal move over the Summer, but with the latest development, it looks like Sterling is London bound.

Walcott Swap-Deal?

Sterling is rated around £50million, but Arsenal, who are deemed the favourites to sign him, could offer Theo Walcott as part of the deal in order to lessen the value.
