Liverpool midfielder, Suso, is set to extend his stay at Anfield by signing a new contract at the club, despite strong speculation linking him with a move to Italian outfit, AC Milan, at the end of the season.

It had been reported that Suso was on his way out of Anfield and going to Milan at the end of this season, once his current contract had expired, but Suso’s agent has confirmed that no deal is in place with the Serie A side, and Liverpool in fact want to offer the starlet a new deal.

The 20-year-old is a tricky midfielder who is predicted a big future, but has struggled to break into The Reds’ first-team, sparking reports that he would leave on a free at the end of the season, but according to his agent, those reports are false.

Juame Serra told Calciomercato “There is no agreement with Milan.”

“Liverpool are pushing hard to make Suso extend his contract so we can’t rule out this possibility.”

Suso’s current deal expires at the end of the season.
