A recent report from the Daily Mail expresses that Ajax defender Toby Alderwiereld is likely to be heading to Everton.
Alderwiereld’s father has come out in public to confirm that Everton are interested in his son, with the suggested fee being around £5million.
Toby’s father also said “He has two possibilities at the moment. He could sign a new contract with Ajax, or he could move to a bigger team in a bigger league.”
The centre back has previously been heavily linked with a move to Liverpool and Spurs, as well as Norwich who seemed to had wrapped the deal up a month ago.
