Premier League clubs look set to miss out on Barcelona full-back Dani Alves as he reportedly nears a move to Paris Saint-Germain.
The Brazilian’s agent, Deborah Santana, has made it clear that Barcelona have made no new offer to Alves, and that PSG is her client’s preferred destination.
“Many clubs are interested. Until now, Barcelona have not spoken with us about a new deal. Dani eyes PSG deal.”
Barca are reportedly looking at Porto right-back Danilo as a possible replacement, but are hindered by their transfer embargo which runs until next year. This hitch could mean that Real Madrid steal Danilo from under their rival’s noses as Arbeloa looks set to leave the Bernabeu.
