Valdes, 33 has fallen out of favour at Man Utd after a series of disputes with boss Louis Van Gaal and he is now set to leave before the expiry of his contract.
However, Liverpool and Chelsea are said to be interested in the goalkeeper and United will only terminate his contract if he moves abroad.
