The striker also admits he has ‘made his choice’ regarding a new club

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has admitted he misses working alongside Jose Mourinho, on the day that Mourinho has been officially appointed as the new Manchester United manager.

Ibrahimovic is currently out of contract after recently leaving Paris Saint-Germain, and StarSport claim that the Sweden international is heading to Old Trafford in the near future to become Mourinho’s first United signing.

It is believed that the 34-year old will turn down £500,000-a-week contract offers from multiple Chinese Super League clubs, in order to pen a £220,000-a-week deal with the Red Devils.

During a press conference in Sweden today, Ibra was open to discussing Mourinho and a possible move to the Premier League.

‘The future is already written’

“Mourinho is a great move. If you want action, you bring Mourinho. I have missed working with Mourinho every day since I left Inter,” said Ibrahimovic.

“It’s no secret I have a great relationship with him. I had fantastic time working with him. If we will work again I don’t know.”

When asked about his next club, he replied: “Let’s see what happens. The future is already written, I have made my choice.”
