Chelsea Football Club’s worst XI ever formation: 4-3-3

Chelsea Football Club’s worst XI ever formation? We have chosen a 4-3-3 formation based on the players selected from Chelsea Football Club

Chelsea Football Club’s worst XI ever? Here are the worst players from Chelsea FC with a 4-3-3 formation:

Chelsea Football Club’s worst XI ever: Goalkeeper – MARK BOSNICH

The Australian goalkeeper practically nothing for Manchester United so it was quite a surprise that Chelsea opted to take him off their hands.

The controversial bloke from Down Under played only five times for the Blues during a horrible two seasons at the club, which ended up with him failing a drug test and then the the sack.

With his reputation in ruins the Aussie moved back home and managed to get 12 games with Central Coast Mariners and Sydney Olympic, before hanging the gloves up once and for all.

Chelsea Football Club’s worst XI ever defenders

Chelsea Football Club’s worst XI ever defenders are: Winston Bogarde, Tal Ben Haim, Khalid Boulahrouz, Yuri Zhirkov

Defender – Winston Bogarde – The most infamous case of the money-making bench-warmer, Winston Bogarde made just nine appearances in his four years at Chelsea

Defender – Tal Ben Haim – Being a good Bolton player doesn’t necessarily make you a good Chelsea player however and the 13 games he played for the Blues during the 2007/08 season were riddled with errors.

Defender – Khalid Boulahrouz – the worst number of all 11 on show here. The former Chelsea defender typically played on either the right or in the centre of a back four… and thus bore no similarity whatsoever to Alan Shearer.

Defender – Yuri Zhirkov – Yuri Zhirkov left Chelsea after failing to settle in London, just couldn’t adjust, he managed just 29 games and played second fiddle to Ashley Cole

Chelsea Football Club’s worst XI ever: midfielders

Chelsea Football Club’s worst XI ever Midfielders are: Shaun Wright-Phillips, Scott Parker, Jiří Jarošík:

Midfielder – Shaun Wright-Phillips – during his spell at the Citizens, Wright-Phillips struggled with an end product and his ability to whip a ball into the box was clearly lacking.

Midfielder – Scott Parker – In his final season as a Chelsea player he started just four games and on occasions found himself not even included among the substitutes on match days.

Midfielder – Jiří Jarošík – He didn’t enjoy the most memorable of times at Chelsea, but did figure in enough games to win the League Cup and earn a Premier League title winners’ medal.

Chelsea Football Club’s worst XI ever: attackers

Chelsea Football Club’s worst XI ever attackers are: Florent Malouda, Fernando Torres, Mateja Kežman

Forward – Florent Malouda – he did net 35 goals in 149 games for Chelsea, however, Malouda’s crossing was somewhat weak and at times he struggled with the physicality of the English Premier League.

Forward – Fernando Torres – The Spaniard struggled for goals from the word go at Stamford Bridge however and in four years with the club he managed just 20 in 110 games for the club, whereas he scored 65 goals in 102 games for Liverpool.

Forward – Mateja Kežman – Signed in July 2004 for £5.3m by Jose Mourinho, Mateja Kezman hardly did any justice to the vacant number 9 jersey at the club.
