The club will seek out replacements if Barcelona’s La Liga results are not impressive next week

After the departure of Messi, Barcelona is seeing their tough phase now and the club is now planning to look for new manager options followed by poor performances against Bayern and Granada.

Spanish giants are having their eyes on Antonio Conte and Andrea Pirlo as potential replacements for Ronald Koeman. Juventus have a contract with Pirlo till the summer of 2023, and he will get free if La Liga Club gives him the chance to join the club. According to Daniele Longo, the relationship between the Barca manager and the club’s board has never been this bad. The board might sack the Dutchman this season.

There are some reports that Ronald Koeman is safe for a while but his future with Barcelona is in doubt. Barcelona lost to Bayern 3-0 in their Champions League opener and later, they played a disappointing draw with Granada on Monday. The pressure is on Koeman and he has to impress Joan Laporta and his board. The club will definitely seek out replacements if Barcelona’s results with Cadiz and Levante are not impressive.

It’s also claimed that the Spanish club will not appoint a ‘bridge’ coach, instead of looking for someone who can manage the team long-term. The next week is pretty crucial for Dutchman.
