Liverpool star Christian Benteke has revealed he’d love to play for Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho.
The Belgium international completed a mega-money switch from Aston Villa to Liverpool over the summer after Brendan Rodgers agreed to activate his release clause, but the striker is already praising other managers.
Liverpool were not alone in their interest of Benteke, with Manchester United also keen, but speaking in a recent interview, the former-Villa man has revealed that he’d love to move to Chelsea in order to work under Mourinho.
When asked by Sport magazine which coach he’d most like to work with, Benteke said: “Jose Mourinho and [Bayern Munich boss] Pep Guardiola.
“Not only because of their achievements: they have won everything.
“Their approach is completely different and it is also why I would like to work with both.”
