A Chelsea source has supposedly told Spanish media they expect Real Madrid star Marco Asensio to be wearing the No 10 shirt next season.
Antonio Conte is not expected to be the man charged with the task of rebuilding the team, with former Barcelona boss Luis Enrique is expected to take over at Stamford Bridge next season.
Asensio has endured a mixed campaign for Real this season, starring at the start of the campaign but since falling down Zinedine Zidane’s pecking order and Spanish transfer sources say the 22-year-old is expected to be wearing the No 10 shirt at Chelsea next season.
Real have huge interest in Eden Hazard, Chelsea’s current No 10. The player could even be included in a spectacular swap deal. However, Asensio knows he may have to force a move away from the Bernabeu if Los Blancos refuse to sell him.
