However, Bielsa, who went into an in-depth public analysis of Derby County’s football in a hidden but obvious attempt to over compensate and vindicate his opponents has now said he would prefer to focus on football instead.
“What’s happening is the consequence of my behaviour, and I have to face the repercussions of that,” said Bielsa. “A quick resolution is not important, we are focusing on the football. It’s not about what I would like, I’m not in the position to give a point of view on this.”
He also spoke about one of his star performers in Jack Clarke who has been strongly linked with a move to Old Trafford.
“The important thing is the opinion of the club, and the opinion of the player. You have many young players who arrive to a high level. The steps he’s making shows that he belongs to the category of players who play at the highest level.”
