Adrian Rabiot has informed Parts St-Germain that he wants to leave the French club.
The news has alerted the Premier League trio of Arsenal, Liverpool and West Ham United, who have all been told he is for sale for £21m.
Juventus are also considering making a bid for the 20-year-old.
Calciomercato claim that Roma are also keen, in addition to the Serie A champions.
West Ham are rumoured to have already contacted PSG in secret over a move.
Any possible deal from Juventus for Rabiot, however, may depend on if they offload Arturo Vidal, target of a move to Bayern Munich.
The Premier League sides may have the advantage for Rabiot, as Roma may not have the necessary funds for a bid for the French Under-21 international.
Liverpool are close to the completion of Christian Benteke’s transfer from Aston Villa, while Arsenal have only brought in goalkeeper Petr Cech so far.
This may pave the way for the Hammers to take the lead in the pursuit of Rabiot, who is reportedly keen on a move to England.
New West Ham boss Slaven Bilic has so far brought in Angelo Ogbonna from Juventus.
