Cesc Fabregas has ended speculation on his futute by saying that he wants to stay at Barcelona for the rest of his career.
The 25-year-old, Spanish midfielder, who re-joined boy-hood club Barcelona from Arsenal back in the summer of 2011 for £35m, recently said that he was unhappy with his role at the club and isn’t happy with the amount of first team action he is getting. Cesc is very much second option behind club legends, Xavi and Iniesta and this is not going down well with Fabregas.
Cesc Fabregas has said: ‘I always wish my team-mates well and put a happy face on. If I have to take my unhappy face home then so be it, but I would never let my team-mates or manager see it.’
‘This whole situation is exaggerated,’ he told Catalunya Radio. ‘I am happy. I am at the club I wanted to be at for many years. Currently I am very calm.
