According to reports Aston Villa have emerged as favourites to sign former Blues Captain John Terry.
John Terry retired from Chelsea but not from playing Football, since his announcement, he’s been plotting a move to another club to play out his career.
A few clubs have been in the rumour mill now Chelsea FC News outlets are reporting that Aston Villa is said to be the club he will choose.
The speculation comes from an Instagram post where Steve Bruce and John Terry were pictured golfing in Portugal together last week
Bournemouth have also been heavily linked with Terry since January, and report say they are favourites to land the 36-year-old, however, a lot of pundits are saying Villa will be his choice.
Villa boss Bruce and CEO Keith Wyness have already discussed the possibility of getting Terry over to the club.
Wyness said: “You could put us on a list of clubs who would look at John. But I don’t think we would be the right solution for him personally.
“It’s something we’ve had a chat about but I don’t think it will come of anything to be honest.”
