Chelsea youngster Tammy Abraham has confessed he may have to leave the Blues if he wants to fulfill his dreams
The 19-year-old is currently out on loan with Championship side Bristol City F.C where he has netted an impressive 12 goals and two assists in just 20 games.
Tammy has also scored two goals in two international games.
Speaking to the media Abraham had this to say:
“In three years I want to be playing at the top level, at whichever team I’m at. I just want to be one of the best in the Premier League, scoring goals,” he said.
“I’m not too surprised with how it’s gone this season because I know my ability and I’m confident in what I can do,” Abraham explained.
“Scoring goals is what I love and it gives me that confidence every time I hit the net.
“I knew what I was going out on loan for when the deal was agreed (with Bristol City) and I had to get into the right mentality.
“I’m playing men’s football now and just needed to adapt to the situation. Luckily I’ve been doing that. I’ve been performing on the pitch, and giving my all.”
The 6ft 5ins tall Striker is often asked if his height gives him an advantage, he was quick to squash that theory:
“My height does give me an advantage, but I’m not really an ‘air-ball player’. I’d say I’m better with my feet, which is probably surprising, but I’ve got good feet and that’s something I like to explore against defenders.”
“Yeah, I’m more of an in-the-box striker than outside. Every time the ball comes into the box that’s where I try to be – in the right positions, at the right time. Luckily I’ve been getting my finishes in, and you can’t ask much more from a striker.”
“The last time I measured myself, which was a while ago, I was 6ft 4ins-and-a-bit, so I’m nearer 6ft 5ins right now. Yeah, I’m quite tall, but I like the way I’m built. It suits my style of play, so I wouldn’t really change anything. In fact, I hope I’ll stop growing soon!
