AC Milan CEO Adriano Galliani has dismissed speculation that Mario Balotelli is unsettled and will be leaving the club. The Italian joined the Serie A side from Man City back in January 2013. He has been critiscised in recent weeks for some of his performances and was belived to have become unsettled.

Balotelli has been linked with a switch back to the Premier League on numerous occasions, especially when Jose Mourinho revealed his desire to manage the striker again. However, Galliani has put a stop to the talk and claimed the 23-year old is still happy in Milan and is still a key player. Galliani said:

“He has never felt badly here. I repeat, some people forget how much he helped us last season achieving Champions League qualification. He’s been here a year and two months and he has a really high efficiency that is liked by the club.”

In another note, Galliani remained coy over the future of Kaka, with Milan’s lack of Champions League football casting doubts over whether the midfielder will stay at the club. He also said he would wait to address the situation with loanees Adel Taarabt and Adil Rami.
