Anderson to stay in Italy

Manchester United are in the process of offloading Anderson to Fiorentina for good, according to reports in Italy. The midfielder is not in United boss David Moyes’ plans, and he was sent on loan to the Serie A side in January.

It does not appear Anderson will be getting a second chance at the club either, with Januzaj breaking through and other midfielders being linked to the club. The Brazilian has impressed in Fiorentina though as he has helped the side reach fourth in Serie A.

The asking price from United is around ÂŁ20m, but Fiorentina know he is surplus to requirements at the Red Devils and they will be lucky to get half of that amount.
