Is Conte losing control of the locker room like Jose did?
Diego Costa just revealed his fall-out with the Chelsea boss in a shocking interview with the Daily Mail.
Fabregas was sent off in the final stages of the Burnley game after the Spanish international collected a second booking.
The Times revealed how Conte reacted to Cesc’s dismissal:
Antonio Conte is furious with Cesc Fàbregas for the indiscipline that effectively sealed Chelsea’s defeat by Burnley and has left him with a selection crisis before next weekend’s London derby against Tottenham Hotspur.
Conte is understood to have warned his players to keep their discipline at half-time at Stamford Bridge, when they were 3-0 behind and already down to ten men after Gary Cahill’s dismissal for a reckless challenge on Steven Defour, so the Italian has taken a dim view of what he regarded as Fabregas’s needless sending off.
