Arsenal are set to wrap up a proposed deal for Sporting Lisbon’s midfielder William Carvalho in the coming days, the Telegraph have reported.
It is said that Arsene Wenger will be given the green light to sign the 22-year-old, having missed out on the signature in the summer.
Despite interest from both Manchester City, United, and Chelsea, Arsenal looked to have won the race for the £25 million rated man.
And according to the Telegraph, any deal to lure the Portuguse youth international to North London should be finalised in the coming days.
