Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger will sign a new deal at the club and will also be given around £100million to spend in the Summer on strengthening his squad.

The Gunners capped off their season by ending their nine-year trophy drought by picking up the FA Cup after a stunning 3-2 victory against Hull City, and with the trophy back at the Emirates Stadium, all focus is now on Wenger and his future.

However, he is adamant that he is staying and it’s believed that a new deal will be signed later this week which will see him stay at the club for at least three more years.

Not only will Wenger be signing a new contract, he will also be given a whopping transfer kitty which could see him spend up to £100million.

It’s believed the Frenchman is keen on signing a right-back, a holding-midfielder and a striker, with Javi Martinez, Serge Aurier and Karim Benzema all linked with moves to North London.

Wenger is keen to replace veteran Mikel Arteta, and has highlighted Martinez from Bayern Munich, as well as Southampton’s Morgan Schneiderlin and Bayer Leverkusen’s Lars Bender.

At right-back it seems that Aurier from Toulouse is the favoured option, whilst Benzema from Real Madrid is the number-one striker target as well.
