AC Milan forward, Mario Balotelli is anchoring after a move back to the Premier League, but the likely destination will not be at Manchester City.

The Italian will not be set for a return back to the Etihad, as City have ruled themselves out in activating the buy-back clause in the player’s AC Milan contract.

This has alerted the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham who are all admirers of Balotelli and are all looking for a world-class forward to lead the line next season.

Balotelli feels the time is right to take another shot of English football and it is understood that Milan wil demand at least ÂŁ30 million for his services.

The player left Manchester City in January 2012 after he felt homesick and the club ran out of patience for the controversy that surrounded the Italian.

Balotelli has scored goals regularly in Italy and has performed well in most games, but the increasing amount of racial abuse towards him has prompted the player to want to move on.
