Toffees agree deal with Lokomotiv Moscow
Oumar Niasse has arrived at Everton Football Club and will undergo a medical ahead of a permanent transfer from Lokomotiv Moscow.
The Toffees have had a formal bid accepted from the Russian club for the striker, and he’s now been spotted in Merseyside and is currently undergoing his medical tests ahead of the proposed transfer.
The fee is undisclosed as is the contract length, with personal terms still to be discussed, but the 25-year-old is likely to provide competition for Romelu Lukaku following Steven Naismith‘s move to Norwich City earlier this month.
Niasse has been with Lokomotiv for two years, making 28 league appearances and scoring 18 goals. He has also been capped at international level with Senegal, earning four caps and scoring four goals.
