Liverpool and Chelsea are in the race for Porto’s Ruben Neves and according to reports both clubs are ready to submit their bids.

Neves is rated at £30m in the dubious Portuguese publication report, with both Premier League clubs rumoured to be interested in taking advantage of Porto’s financial difficulties.
It’s said that if Liverpool or Chelsea want him they will both have to offer a decent salary, but that as alway it’s unconfirmed.
Neves has been with Porto for 12 years and has already had the honor of captaining the club, impressing in the Champions League during 2015/16 especially.
