It seems, if reports are to be believed that the Blues are about to ignore De Boer and make an offer for Icardi anyway.
According to the reports, Chelsea want to boost their attacking options and everyone seems very convinced 23-year-old Icardi is leaving his current club.
Arsenal have been linked with the Argentine for weeks now , however, it’s all been speculation as there have been no actual proven facts to suggest that he wants to leave. In fact, Icardi has repeatedly expressed his desire to stay with Inter and manager Frank de Boer himself has even confirmed that the player will not be leaving.
So I’m calling bulls*&t on this one, sorry guys.
