Chelsea target Sead Kolasinac has now revealed that he has started talks over a new contract at Schalke.
The Premier League giants are very interested in the defender and his current deal runs out at the end of the season.
It’s reported that Conte was hoping to snatch up the Bosnian up on a free transfer in the summer, However, now it looks like he will stay at Schalke.
The 23-year-old has confirmed that the Bundesliga club’s general manager Christian Heidel and his agent have been in touch about a new deal.
“I feel good here and Schalke is a great club,” Kolasinac told Kicker.
“Heidel has already contacted my agent over prolonging my contract.
“It must fit both sides, but there is no time pressure.”
